Join us for a ‘Lunch & Learn Style’ Regulatory and Technology update where the Cyber Security Sub-Committee will present a brief recap of the recent Colonial Pipeline Ransomware Attack. We will discuss the incident and provide a high level opinion concerning potential mitigations and/or changes to the way IT and ICS systems interact that could help to avoid, or reduce, the severity of similar attacks in the future
Following the Cyber Security discussion, each sub-committee – FCC/Towers, Spectrum/Compliance and Industrial IoT – will provide updates on current regulatory issues around the Anterix/900 MHz rebanding status, CBRS auction transition and upcoming 3.45 GHz auction, and changes to the 6 GHz/4.9 GHz bands. The subcommittees will provide a brief background of each proceeding, and then will bring attendees up to speed on negotiations, future auction opportunities, ongoing compliance considerations, the overall impact on our industry and will then provide a few real world use case examples.
All ENTELEC Members (Corporate, Associate and Life Time) are invited and encouraged to join the quarterly ENTELEC Regulatory & Technology Committee General Call. The Regulatory & Technology Committee Call is a Members Only Event – Quick Registration Required.
