1. RFI Details
The ENTELEC Innovation Lab Committee is seeking information from its Associate Member community on projects or solutions that have provided a highly innovative approach to solve a challenging problem for an operator or for the broader energy industry. The top 5 innovative solutions or projects will be showcased at the 2026 ENTELEC Spring Conference, April 6th-9th. Additionally, we will have awards announced during the Spring Conference for the Most Innovated Solution and the Most Collaborative Project.
Please note that this Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be awarded as a result. Responses will be used solely for information and planning purposes.
Please note that all responses will be public record. Do not submit confidential information in your response.

1.2. Submission Details
Suggested Outline for Submission:
1. Problem Statement – What problem did the operator or industry face?
2. Risk of no solution – What impact, if any, did the risk of not finding a solution pose to the operator or industry?
3. Financial Impact – Was there an OPEX or CAPEX savings as a result of the solution?
4. Integration – What challenges did you overcome to integrate the solution into the organization?
5. Collaboration – Did your final solution involve multiple technologies or new technologies that have never been used in the industry?
6. Technology – What technologies were chosen for the solution and why?
7. Final Solution – Explain how the final solution(s) solved the problem statement
Please submit your responses to this RFI via email to the RFI point of contact. before the due date identified in Section 1.4. When submitting your response, please include an executive summary of your submission.
Physical drawings, schematics, pictures, videos, and any documentation that will help the committee fully understand the level of innovation involved in the success of the project or solution is highly recommended.
If you have any questions about this RFI, please direct them to the RFI contact during the appropriate period identified below in Section 1.4.
1.3. Innovation Award Details
1. Most Innovated Solution – Awarded to the participate that exhibits the most innovation in developing the final solution.
2. Most Collaborative Project – Awarded to the participate that collaborates with multiple Associate Members in the ENTELEC community to show an innovative solution.
1.4. RFI Timeline
Please review the below RFI timeline. Dates may be modified or amended by the ENTELEC Innovation Lab committee, which will post an amendment to this RFI notifying prospective respondents of any change.

● Notification of Selection: February 14, 2026
