Enhanced Facility Cleaning and Sanitation Protocols – We are working with our partners at the George R. Brown Convention Center as they have implemented an enhanced cleaning and sanitation regiment with an increased focus on key touchpoints throughout the facility. Session rooms, including audio-visual equipment, will be cleaned and sanitized between each set of presentations to ensure a safe and clean learning environment for both attendees and presenters. In addition, currently the GRB is taking the temperature of everyone that walks into the building.
Contactless Registration – To minimize lines and contact during the registration process, we are encouraging on-line registration in advance of the 2021 ENTELEC Conference & Expo. The use of QR codes will allow a touchless registration process and streamline entrance into the event.
Physical Distancing Measures – Educational and training sessions will feature recommended density and seating arrangements that allow for and follow local distancing guidance. Session rooms will feature limited seating arrangements with proper distancing between seats or training / certification workstations.
Face Coverings – In accordance with world and country health organizations’ guidance, the 2021 ENTELEC Conference & Expo will suggest a face-mask or face covering to be worn only by individuals who are not vaccinated.
Hand Sanitizer Stations – In addition to washing hands, hand sanitizer stations will be readily available and accessible throughout the event.
Enhanced First Aid & Medical Support – First Aid Stations will be available to offer enhanced support by local medical authorities and personnel. Signage will indicate where to go for medical attention in the event of any illness.
