The ENTELEC Technical Committee uses graded criteria based on quality, technical content, and appearance. Papers that contain commercial content are greatly discounted!
Please note that ENTELEC is particularly looking for Case Studies from the User community and will give a higher priority to these submissions in the selection process. The ENTELEC member community and exhibitors will also receive special consideration.
The Call for Paper’s Application/Abstract Submissions will start being accepted on September 1, 2026.
Deadline for Call for Paper’s Application/Abstract submission is Friday, October 23, 2026.
Selected abstracts/speakers must be able to meet the following deadlines:
- October 23, 2026 – Online Application and Abstract Due
- December 1, 2026 – Approval Announcement Emails Sent Out
- May 7, 2027 – Presentation/Power Point Due using template provided by ENTELEC submitted for approval
- May 24-27, 2027 – Available to present (specific date and time will be assigned) at the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, The Woodlands, TX
