The ENTELEC Association is inviting professionals to contribute to the industry’s growth by sharing technical knowledge and business expertise with peers. They are seeking technical presentations from user communities that demonstrate how these technologies are being applied in various industrial sectors. This is a unique opportunity for professionals to present or serve as panelists at the ENTELEC Conference & Expo, sharing insights on emerging technologies, practical applications, industry trends, and best practices.
Call For Presentations Submissions
The ENTELEC Conference & Expo is an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to participate as presenters or panel experts on emerging technologies, applications, use cases, industry outlook and best practices categorized in the following tracks:
- Infrastructure, Wireless & Connectivity
- Networking & Cybersecurity
- Industrial Compute, Edge & Cloud
- Automation, Control & SCADA
- Industrial Data, AI & Analytics
- IIoT, Instrumentation & Field Technology
- Operational Reliability, Resiliency & Optimization
Review the session topic suggestions for each track.
All education sessions are 45 minutes, consisting of a 35 minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of audience Q&A. Sessions are delivered in dedicated rooms adjacent to or in close proximity to the exhibit hall, allowing attendees to move easily between sessions and the expo floor.
Presenters are expected to deliver original, non-commercial content. Co-presentations by operators and vendors working together on real implementations are highly encouraged.

- December 1, 2026 – Approval Announcement Emails Sent Out
- May 7, 2027 – Presentation/Power Point Due using template provided by ENTELEC submitted for approval
- May 24-27, 2027 – Available to present (specific date and time will be assigned) at the The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, The Woodlands, TX
