ENTELEC Registration Privacy Policy

The ENTELEC Association knows your right to on-line privacy is important and as an event participant, ENTELEC is committed to safeguarding your information. This Privacy Policy explains how the registration system collects and uses the information you provide to us during the registration process.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the information collected by the ENTELEC Association and American Tradeshow Services acting with our authorization. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic devices you use to register online. In order for ENTELEC to populate your registration, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your name, title, e-mail, date of birth, gender, address, company information, and other demographic information. 

The ENTELEC Association will never sell your information to a third party organization or post personal information online. By agreeing to this privacy policy, ENTELEC will provide your contact information (name, title, company name and address) to current exhibitors through the data included in the QR Code on your badge (you choose which exhibitors may scan through the Lead Retrieval System) and after the show in the form of a post-show attendee list. However, ENTELEC will not provide your email address to exhibitors unless you include an email address in the contact portion of the registration process. If no email is provided during the registration process, exhibitors will only receive your name, title, company name and address information when your badge is scanned and in the post-show attendee list.
